2008 Chattahoochee Mountain Fair A North Georgia tradition is set to continue Sept. 5th through 13th when the Chattahoochee Mountain Fair again will be held at the Fairgrounds in Clarkesville. Many exciting events are already scheduled for the 2008 fair and the talent line-up will include Southern Gospel main stays. The Singing Cookes, who will be singing their many chart topping songs. Plus, a lot of local and area talent will be on stage during this year's fair, as well. Other events at this year's Chattahoochee Mountain Fair include the two night rodeo on opening weekend. The WCON talent show will feature local amateur artists on Monday, September 8. The Miss Chattahoochee Pageant is on the schedule this year, and a horse show and livestock shows are being planned. The Habersham Central Band of Blue will also be performing. It's going to be a very exciting and entertaining fair. Make plans now to attend.
