When the need arises, WCON will recruit prospective employees from educational institutions in our area. Schools include Piedmont College, North Georgia Technical College, and the University of Georgia. We will contact organizations such as the Georgia Department of Labor and the Chamber of Commerce, to encourage the referral of qualified applicants, whenever job vacancies occur. In addition, WCON will broadcast employment opportunities for all full-time positions

When needed, WCON will undertake training programs designed to assist potential employees to qualify for positions in various areas of station operation.

WCON maintains a constant effort to employ qualified persons in all positions. It is our feeling that we have performed well in providing equal opportunities for all applicants.
